Arcot AAC Blocks is a state-of-the-art manufacturer of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, jointing mortar, and high-performance dry mix plasters. Located in the industrial region of Tadipatri, Andhra Pradesh, we supply builders, contractors, and developers across the country with structural elements that cut costs and construction times.
Our manufacturing facility leverages automated cutting arrays and high-pressure steam autoclaves to deliver products with precise tolerances, high compressive strength, and uniform cell structure. We combine raw gypsum, cement, fly ash, and aeration elements to construct building products that are three times lighter than traditional clay bricks.

Our Manufacturing Process
How we produce high-strength and dimensionally precise AAC blocks.
Raw Material Prep
High-grade sand slurry, recycled fly ash, cement, gypsum, and lime are accurately measured and prepared. An aeration agent (aluminum powder) is introduced to trigger expansion.
Automated Mixing
All ingredients are fed into a computer-controlled batch mixer where the slurry is thoroughly blended. The mixture is then poured into large steel molds for curing.
Casting & Expansion
In the molds, aluminum reacts with calcium hydroxide, releasing hydrogen gas. This expands the mix to twice its volume, creating millions of uniform microscopic air cells.
High-Precision Cutting
Once the cake achieves a stable semi-solid state, it is sliced into precise blocks using automated cutting wire arrays. Tolerances are held tightly within +/- 1.5mm.
Autoclave Curing
The cut blocks are rolled into high-pressure autoclaves for steam curing at 12 bar pressure and 190°C. This chemical reaction yields high-strength, dimensionally stable blocks.
