Services Provided

Arcot AAC Blocks offers high-quality, durable AAC blocks, specialized jointing mortars, and dry mix plasters designed for modern energy-efficient construction. Our services include manufacturing, supply, and support tailored to meet your specific project requirements. We ensure that our products meet national and international industry standards for safety, compressive strength, and durability.

Limitation of Liability

Arcot AAC Blocks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or handling of our products or services on site. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

We shall not be responsible for construction delays, structural damage, or logistics costs caused by third-party factors, including transport delays, weather conditions, or external contractor mistakes.

Product Warranty

All orders are subject to acceptance by Arcot AAC Blocks. We reserve the right to refuse any order placement without reasoning. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order placement, and failure to comply with payment schedules may result in order cancellation, delayed shipment, or cargo holdbacks.

Our blocks undergo rigorous quality control. However, claims regarding sizing discrepancy, edge breakage, or transport cracking must be reported in writing within 48 hours of cargo delivery to our Tadipatri facility representatives.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services or block shipments at our discretion, particularly in cases of non-compliance with these terms, contract breaches, or non-payment. Any ongoing disputes will not affect our right to withhold or suspend services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of the purchase, delivery, or use of our products or services will be settled through arbitration under local laws and regulations. The jurisdiction for all legal disputes is restricted to the competent courts of Tadipatri / Ananthapur district, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Changes to Terms

Arcot AAC Blocks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to purchase our products or use our services, you accept any changes made to these terms. We recommend checking this page regularly for updates.
